One of the exhibits speaks right to my cycle chic heart "Pedaling to Adventure." About the exhibit:
"Step into the amazing world of cycling and view unique vintage bicycles provided by the California Bike Museum and U.S. Bicycling Hall of Fame. Pedal your way through the bicycle's extraordinary culture and history. Then jump into the rip-roaring array of BMX and mountain bikes. Plan your next back-trail adventure with tips from cycling pros or drop in to catch live demonstrations. Become a kid again and remember how much fun riding a bicycle can be."The Exhibit is at the Expo Center, building 4. There will be meet and greet with BMX legend Danny Oakley and Hall of Fame inductee Tommy Brackens. Special talks will be given by local advocates and much more. I will be talking about 'Cycling as a lifestyle" on July 22nd and 29th around 4 pm.
Hope to see you at the State Fair. Here is a sneak peek of the exhibit.

Love the six seater!
Fun! In Denver we have the Forney Transportation Museum which claims to have the largest bicycle collection in the world. I've been once and they had some cool stuff indeed! I wonder if any of the items in the exhibit are on loan from them.
@MandG I'm not sure if they have anything from Denver's Transportation Museum.
What I know for sure is that they have vintage bicycles from CA Bicycle Museum and U.S. Bicycle Hall of Fame.
They also have lowrider bikes from Sprockets Magazines. BTW, this are gorgeous!
In addition to all this, they have the Greg Lamond bike in which he won the Tour de France and Lance's bike from his first win at TdF.
I believe this exhibit is definitely a must see!
