Good message in that video, particularly with the valley fog during the dark and sometimes rainy weather we have during the winter.
As an "older" person than I used to be (hate to admit that to myself) I can say with certainty that my night vision just isn't as good as it used to be.
Lots of younger folks riding around at night without lights, can't have experienced that yet.
If you're young, you have better night vision than the older people out there that just may not see you...especially with rain streaked windows and poor windshield wipers on their cars.
They (and you) need you riding with lights, to be seen by them.
