Well since this is "Cycle Chic", can you imagine how striking those pictures of this pretty lady in the bright red dress and the earlier pics of the equally pretty lady in the bright yellow dress... would have been if they were wearing color matching high heels!
Besides, biking in heels has got to be easier than walking in them.

Probably some bike safety advantages to being so attractive and wearing such bright clothes, too. Easy to see (and look at).
