Actually, kind of a clever idea and use of space, but here in the U.S. I'd be real concerned about bike theft in most cities.
I'm guessing bike parking/storage, and theft potential, are one of the bigger impediments to getting more people riding bikes.
Where and how do you keep that bike safe once you get there? Folding bikes getting moved inside to work/shopping places seem one possible solution, to me.
